Shipping Policy

At Cost2liv we would rather tell you exactly what to expect than make a promise we can't keep. Please take a minute to read this before you order.

Drop 01 is a pre-order

Nothing in Drop 01 is sitting in a warehouse. Every Thermal Reactive Shell and every Jacket + Pants set is made to order in a single production run, which is why the wait is longer than a normal order and why the pieces cost what they do rather than what mass production would cost.

The order window opens 28 August 2026 and closes 4 September 2026. Sizes and quantities are locked the day the window closes and go straight to the factory.

When your order ships

Production begins 4 September 2026. Orders are dispatched within 5–6 weeks of that date. Carrier transit time is on top of that.

This is a dispatch window, not a guaranteed delivery date. If we can't get your order out within it, we will contact you and you can take a full refund, no questions asked.

You will not be left wondering. We email every two weeks while you wait — when production starts, when it's off the line, when it ships — whether or not there is dramatic news to report.

Shipping rates

United States
$10 flat rate — free on orders of $150 or more.
Estimated transit: 3–5 business days once dispatched.

Rest of world
$25 flat rate. Free shipping applies to United States orders only.
Estimated transit: 5–8 business days once dispatched.

Rates are flat and shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is calculated by weight or parcel size.

International orders

We ship worldwide to every country available at checkout.

International parcels may attract customs duties, import taxes and carrier handling fees on arrival. These are charged by the destination country, not by us. They are not included in what you pay at checkout, they are the recipient's responsibility, and we have no way to calculate or waive them in advance.

Customs can also hold a parcel for inspection without notice. We can't influence that and it isn't counted as a missed dispatch window.

Carrier and tracking

Orders ship with a tracked courier. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is collected.

Your address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and we're not able to replace an order delivered to an address you gave us in error.

If something goes wrong in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking stops and it doesn't turn up, email costliv01@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. Send a photo if there's damage. We'll open a claim with the carrier and sort it out with you.
